What is Wimgo Deals?

Monday through Friday, Wimgo Deals presents an awesome deal that people just can’t say no to. We feature the greatest things to do, see, eat and buy in your city. We partner with local businesses to give you unbeatable deals you can’t find anywhere else!

Is there a cost to join Wimgo Deals or sign-up for email alerts?

Nope. It’s free to become a member of Wimgo Deals.

I want today’s deal. How do I get it?

Click on a link in the Wimgo Deals daily email, or just come to the www.wimgodeals.com site. Once you’re here, review the terms and conditions of the deal and, if you want to buy it, click "Buy Now!" before the deal ends at midnight. Deals that run on Friday will end Sunday at midnight. We’ll then take you through a simple process to complete your purchase.

When will my credit card be charged?

If the minimum number of people buy the deal, your credit card will be charged as soon as the deal activates and you’ll receive an email with a link to your printable voucher.

What if the deal doesn’t reach its required minimum number of purchasers?

Well, if people tell everyone they know about the super offer, that won’t happen! But, if the deal doesn’t meet the required minimum, then it won’t activate, and your credit card won’t be charged.

What payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Is a Wimgo Deals credit card transaction safe?

Absolutely! We operate the Wimgo Deals service in accordance with industry standard security practices to help us try to ensure that the information we collect from you is safe. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

What happens if my credit card is declined?

You will receive an email from us after we try to process your credit card for the first time. You can then sign-in to your account to update your current credit card information or add a new one.

Do I need to use the deal the same day I buy it?

Nope. Most deals have an expiration date of six months to a year from the date of purchase, so you don’t have to use it right away.

Once I buy a deal, how do I get my voucher?

After the deal is activated, you’ll receive an email with a link to your printable voucher. You can also sign-in to your Wimgo Deals account at www.wimgodeals.com to access vouchers you’ve purchased. Just sign in with the email address you used to purchase the deal. Then, click on "My Deals" at the top of the page. On this page, you'll be able to view and print your available vouchers. Once printed, simply bring your voucher to the business when you’re ready to redeem.

Can I buy more than one of the same deal?

You can if the merchant allows. Some offers may limit the number a person can buy, but it’s totally up to the merchant.

Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else?

Yes, unless stated otherwise. You have the option to choose “Gift this Deal”. You can have the deal directly emailed to the recipient or you can print it out.

Do I have to use the full value of the voucher in one visit, or can I use the remainder later?

Yes, you have to use the voucher in one visit unless stated otherwise.

Can I combine the voucher with other offers from the merchant?

No, unless stated otherwise.

Can I use my mobile device to redeem a voucher?

In most cases, no. It’s up to the business if they will accept your voucher via your mobile device or not. We’ve found that most of our businesses only accept the hard copy.

What if my Wimgo Deal voucher expires?

If the voucher expires before you have a chance to use it, you unfortunately will no longer be able to redeem it for the promotional value on the voucher (the difference between what you paid for the voucher and its face value).

Can I return a Wimgo Deal voucher?

Vouchers are generally non-refundable, but we will refund the amount you paid in some special cases. If you had an unsatisfactory experience, please call us at 1-855-GO-WIMGO or email us at help@wimgo.com.

What if the business closes down?

If the business closes and your voucher has not been redeemed, we will refund your money or issue you a credit for the amount you paid. Please call us at 1-855-GO-WIMGO or email us at help@wimgo.com with the details.

I earned Wimgo Deals credit! Where can I see how much I have? How do I use it?

To view your credit, sign in to www.wimgodeals.com and click on "My Deals" at the top of the page. On this page, you'll see your purchases to date as well as credit that is available to you. To use your credit, click the "Buy Now!" button on the deal you'd like to buy. You'll be asked to log in now if you haven't already, then you'll see a page with the price of the deal as well as any credit you have. To apply your credit, enter the amount you'd like to use in the box next to "Your credit". Then, you'll see the price of the deal automatically lowered by whatever amount of credit you elected to apply.

How does refer a friend work?

Refer a friend by clicking on the "Get Activated!" button on the "Refer a Friend" module and follow the simple instructions. For every friend who buys a deal within 30 days of receiving your invitation, you will get $10 towards your next purchase on wimgodeals.com. Remember, they have to use your invitation you sent to buy the deal or we will have no way of tracking the transaction. There's no limit to how much referral credit you can earn.
